Common areas need a serious clean-up!!! Staff should be more responsive and honest about lost items!!! The food often runs out too early, and the location's numerous stairs can be inconvenient!!!

The staff were really good, especially at the reception, making us feel welcomed immediately. We had a perfect view right from our room, enjoyed some of the best fish prepared by the chef Kareem, that was definitely a highlight!
